The conference was just what the Lord promised as we worshipped him he manifested his presence. Brother Frank he used your gift to release his presence to bless the people and minister to them. The one thing that I know is that when you lead us in worship we always enter into his presence and the prophetic gifting are stirred up. My daughter-in-law who is 27 years was really dealing with some issues and resisting depression. She was at the registration table and decided to come into the sanctuary and worship. She said she really needs a touch from God and she began to ask the Lord to rain on her and she said she said it three times and then you began to sing the word "rain on us." She said the power of God overtook her and moved her and that spirit of depression totally left her. She was in awe of him and that he knew her so intimately. I was deeply honored to have had you at our conference and it will be a totally blessing to have you minister as a part of our permanent team. Pastors Ricky and Trisha Hall feel in love with you. Thank you for blessing us here at Prayer Harvest Ministries and "A Call to Arms." The Advocate Center has asked us to pray about having this conference twice a year. We believe that we are supposed to have another one in the fall so that was a confirmation to us.

"Frank always connects with the audience. He is a true worship leader in that he can call for worship from the audience's innermost being simply by worshipping that way himself during ministry.
