Dana Segars

Dana Segars is a board member of Frank Berry Ministers, Inc.  She is an intercessor whose heart's desire is spending every moment of every day in passionate pursuit of her Lord.  She learned of God at an early age but did not come to know Him personally and intimately until her early thirties.  This newfound intimacy awakened her to the purpose she had been created for:  to love the Lord and to establish His Kingdom.    Having spent many years trapped in religious systems, her greatest burden in intercession is for the church to rise up out of sin, sickness, despair, apathy and the works of man and discover her true identity in Christ.  For only then can we be used as tools in the hand of our God to manifest His kingdom.  She has given herself to the Lord, asking that He would use her life to do great things in the earth.  She continues to be amazed at His grace, as He answers that prayer over and over.  Dana has learned that our God can take a woman --- rather unremarkable by worldly standards --- and accomplish amazing things with her life, when that life is yielded and submitted to Him.  There is no greater joy.  There is no fuller life.  There is no higher calling.  Dana is a member of Calvary Assembly of God in Decatur, Alabama, where she serves in the intercessory prayer ministry.  She is actively involved in regional prophetic prayer and worship initiatives throughout the Southeast.  Her ministry emphasis is the training of the saints of God in prophetic prayer and activation.  Her goal:  to be used of God to stir passion in the hearts of His people, provoking them to Spirit-led action.
