06.21.10 /FBM Visits Alabama State Capitol
Wow, what an awesome God! On Saturday, June 19th, I was blessed with the opportunity to speak at the Alabama State Capitol. There were religious leaders from all denominations including state and local elected officials. The media also shared in this historical event. As I sat among the leaders and elected officials, I was amazed at my kairos moment. This was a prophetic time determined and set by God. It was a time that could not or should not even come to pass without God. It was a time where opportunity met availability.
The rally was centered on "Building a House of Worship" from the church to the government. As I sat there and listened and partook in prayers, the following declarations and decrees went forth: 1) thanking God for the blessings He has released in America. People were called to understand and thank God for what He has done for America. 2) Praying that America continue to touch the world through supporting the gospel. 3) Stressing the importance for this nation to embrace God and prayers for the move of God in America as a whole. 4) Praying for church leaders to know the season in which the church is functioning in right now and for the whole body of Christ to understand the released prayers. 5) Praying for this nation to have leaders who fear God including national and local leaders- specifically the governor of Alabama and his cabinet-praying for God-fearing leaders in this year's election. 6) Claiming the state of Alabama for God and declaring that He will open the gates of Alabama for the people to be released to worship the Living God. 7) Praying for the fire of God to spread from Montgomery, Birmingham, Mobile, and beyond. 8) Praying that God will release His divine protection over the nation of America against its enemies along with peace in Jerusalem. 9) Claiming the north and the south in Alabama for God. 10) Claiming the east and the west in Alabama for God which I was blessed with the privilege of leading in prayer.
As I sought God about what He wanted to say, He released a strong word that was definitely in line with the other messages. He reemphasized the importance of not becoming weary in well doing. Although we may have not seen the full fruit of our labors, we cannot cease in prayer and must continue to cry out to a Holy God until His praise has been established in the earth. The authentic word released to the State of Alabama was- "Let Down Your Net". What an encouraging word as we reflect back on how Simon put aside his thoughts and took Jesus at His word. We know the outcome of the story- he reaped until the net started breaking. The principle here is that they had toiled all night and caught nothing. The Bible says that the fisherman even began to wash out their nets (i.e., giving up); but there was a NEVERTHELESS mentality that caused a change and lead to a breakthrough. Simon cooperated with Jesus by saying "at Your word". Basically, he said I know what the outcome is going to be, but I'm going to do this because You said so. That's what God is telling us as a citizen of Alabama. Don't become locked into what your eyes see in the natural-move on My Word and do not become weary in well doing because you're about to get a CATCH! Blessings to each of you...

08.27.09 /Moving From the OLD to the NEW
Many times we hear the saying "God is doing a new thing" in relation to strategy; however, I believe it's time for believers to start thinking of "new" in relation to originality as it pertains to 2 Corinthians 5:17. From one of my devotional times, I want to share a journal entry with you that may become a fresh revelation to some. Here goes:
"Frank, do you realize that your salvation is likened to a living document that never expires here on earth? You are constantly in a state of renewal from the things that are contrary to the will of God. Know that your salvation encompasses much more than being saved. It's being healed! It's being delivered! Etc. The proof of your salvation is old things becoming new. If it's contrary to the Word of God and you still have it, you should consider this "old" and stand on the promise of God found in 2 Corinthians 5:17. You should profess the promise of God that you are a new creation and the old has passed away. You welcome the new because ALL (sickness, financial crisis, etc.) becomes new."
Friends, within this scripture (2 Corinthians 5:17) our Lord lays before us a great promise that will stand the test of time which is becoming NEW- Yes, NEW CREATION. This scripture states that ALL things become new. This does not imply taking on a different identity with the same characteristics. For example, it doesn't mean that your sickness manifests itself in a different identity with the same symptoms. It means that your body has taken on a new "DNA" in terms of creating a new immune system clearing you from ALL infirmities. Hallelujah, we are RESTORED, RECREATED. Indeed, we are new creations.
Allow me to elaborate on what is meant by a living document. This type of document can easily be considered an open-ended document meaning there's no official closure date. It remains active regardless of time. Your salvation can withstand the age of time, if you choose to give yourself over to two of the highest callings identified by the leaders of the early church- prayer and ministry of the Word (Acts 6:4)- you will find your faith being renewed daily. Your salvation will be revitalized daily from the nuggets of truth released from knowing God and communicating with Him.
What exactly does all of this mean? If you cling to this promise found in 2 Corinthians 5:17, you have the right as children of God (John 1:12), to execute your belief in this promise. In other words, you can call it into the natural. You can call things that are out of alignment into alignment with the Word of God. By the way, the word "right" used in John 1:12 literally means "authority." How about that? As children of God, we are delegated with authority.
If you are battling sickness, consider it an old thing and stand on the promise of God that you are a new creation and sickness does not come with it. Beloved, take this same approach with any other infirmities that try to come into God's jurisdiction. It's not allowed. That is simply the truth! It's time for us to move from the OLD to the NEW.

08.17.09 /Transcending Peace
This morning the following scripture lit upon my heart. "And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:7)
I believe this is a call for inner healing. The promise has been laid before us; now, it's a matter of taking hold of it with our faith and activating it. The Bible teaches us that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. With the combination of these two remarkable scriptures, we can overcome every obstacle that the enemy throws at us. It's a call to the believer to know that there's a difference between "fact" and "truth" which is a key to releasing the healing power of God within your lives. Do not become ignorant to what the fact tells you or what may be happening; but, become knowledgeable to what the word of God tells you. Please note that taking a stand such as this will certainly reveal the Pharisees' and Sadducees' spirit lurking inside of bystanders and yes even within oneself. The religious/doubters will cry out asking how they can be at peace when their report shows that they should be in an uproar.
I believe there are many who are bewildered to what is going on inside of them. Somehow, someway they are feeling at ease about the whole situation. There is joy when there should be tears. There is laughter when there should be mourning. They are sleeping through the night when they should be tossing and turning. Everything around you is telling you that you are in denial. There before your eyes you can see the family structure crumbling. The doctor's report is contrary to what you hoped it to be. The financial security you once knew is now a financial calamity. Nevertheless, something inside of you keeps saying- it's all good. What is it? What is this? What is happening with me? These are the questions that are bombarding the mind.
Friends, what you are experiencing first-hand is inner healing. You are witnessing the supernatural move of God. Although you cannot see it, God is moving past your level of comprehension to a place of establishment. God promised peace that will far exceed your mind's capability to the point of creating a guard that protects what is being transformed (heart and mind). Grab a hold to this, friends! Could it be that your failure to understand what's going on is because the WORD OF GOD is working? The peace of God has transcended (surpassed) your level of understanding as stated in Philippians 4:7. Could it be that the peace of God has become a safeguard to the point of shielding you from things that are not like the mind of Christ? I would say- YES and AMEN! Guess what? You are HEALED! God, has restored the innermost part of you. NOW, CONFESS IT AND ACT ON IT! God has supernaturally moved on your behalf. Restoration and transformation has finally come.
It's the desire of the Father to satisfy the weary. It's OK-- go ahead hear the facts, but profess the TRUTH. God is your Portion! God is your Healer! God is your Refuge! God, is your___! You fill in the blank. Don't stop now. Keep believing! Keep professing! Do not give any rest until His praise has been established.

02.04.09 /Faith vs. Hope
This morning I was called to repentance in the way I was operating this ministry. The Lord showed me how I had been operating in the realm of hope instead of the realm of faith. He took me back to statements I have often times made during discussions or meetings. Many times I would say "I believe that God IS GOING to provide the funds for us to do this." He showed me that my intentions were good, but my statements indicated that I moved from faith to hope instead of remaining in the faith mode. You see, He showed me that faith is ALWAYS present tense it's never a future tense. My statement- IS GOING TO- took me into a future tense. It should have been I HAVE RECEIVED THE FUNDS. My follow up statement should have gone to a place of thanksgiving. You see- He pointed out to me that hope is not going to bring things into reality. It's FAITH. He took me to Hebrews 11:1. The verse starts off with NOW FAITH IS... If it's not NOW, it's not FAITH.
I have repented to the Lord for a lack of knowledge. I have asked the Holy Spirit to quicken me each time my words do not align with the word of God. In no way did I received this as condemnation, but as revelation.
The reason I believe I haven't seen the manifestation of the things I have asked for (in this ministry) is because I was hoping while thinking I was in faith. Where do I go from here? He showed me that faith always requires a corresponding action. I must operate with the NOW attitude. This ministry must operate in accordance to Mark 11:24- "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them." If what I am asking for falls into alignment with God's word or character, I will pray in faith and prove God's word by acting on it.
Friends, you may have already received this revelation, but I hadn't. This was an eye-opener for me. I didn't realize I was operating with this mentality. I wanted to share this with you.

01.04.09 /The Wind of Change
"2009 will be a year of declaration. You shall have what you say. It's the centurion anointing. It's the centurion faith that will be released to those who desire it. Let faith arise through the mouth of the believers. Those who believe will receive. Let the heart speak from that which is stored within. I say, store up good, store up faith and allow the wellspring of the heart to speak. It's not a year of asking, but a year of releasing. It's an immediate response to faith for the Spirit of the Living God will rest upon those who reverence Him. The faith that moves mountains will also resurrect those things that were dead and need to be brought to life.
This year surround yourself with those of kindred spirits for iron sharpens iron. I'm releasing arrows that hit the mark this year. Speak forth with confidence and expectation. Don't be anxious to move into prosperity, but be eagar to obey. The things of prosperity will follow."
This morning I heard the wind blowing rather strongly outside. I heard within my spirit that the "wind of change" is coming. The Holy Spirit will become even more real in the upcoming year. There will be movement of things that was once dormant. Things will move that once appeared to be stable. There will be life put into things that appeared to be dead. Don't resist the wind of change but allow it to run its course.
Friends, I believe the sound of the wind this morning is the arrival and presence of the Holy Spirit. I hear the Spirit of the Lord say- I'm clearing out the past and bringing in the new. I'm sending my wind of change to my people.

10.14.08 /Deeper Revelation
A few nights ago I was spending some time with the Lord and soaking in His presence. I began to know that what I was saying in my praises to God was literally carrying into eternity. I was communing with the Ancient of Days. I was communing with the Beginning and the End. What I was saying was alive and it carried into the heavenlies. I could begin to understand how ones spirit leaves their body at death and lives on forever. What I felt inside of me felt very deep and I remembered the scripture that says "Deep calls unto deep." WOW! So much for a mind to try and comprehend. We know with our natural mind that the scripture says we who love God and are called by His name will live with Him forever. We know that He is Alpha meaning Beginning and He is Omega meaning End. We have head knowledge that He is the Ancient of Days but something happens to you when God gives you the revelation of these things in your spirit. We all know through studying the word of God that we have a spirit within our fleshly bodies but when you begin to sense that spirt within you, a whole other level of revelation and understanding becomes yours. You begin to understand that your deep calls to His deep. You have a greater revelation of where you have come from.
There is no end to God. More and more I am convinced that there is no end to how deep our relationship with Him can become. How deep do you want to go? Seek the Lord; look for Him. He said if you will look for Him you will find Him. What mysteries does He have to share with you? Will you join me in going deeper into God? He is all you need. He is all I need. Oh, how I love Him.
I will be with Him forever. Will you?

10.14.08 /God's Love
Have you ever thought of God's love being like a river? Go with me in your imagination, if only for a moment and picture one that is beautiful and ever-flowing. Can you see the deep foliage and the trees full of life growing along each side? Picture the river overflowing it's banks, completely covering that deep green foliage. See it surrounding the tall trees that seem to be reaching for the sky. Now go with me to the bottom of this river and notice how the water cannot be seperate from the floor. The earth beneath is soaked through and through; the water penetrating deep into the soil.
His love is like a river over flowing it's banks. It over-flows our souls and spills out all over us. Thank you Lord for drenching us in your love. God Your love is like a river. Ever flowing. Bringing life to all it touches. Allowing us to grow and reach for the sky. And Lord, as the water is not seperated from the earth beneath it, so we will never be seperated from your love. Never!
Hear your Father saying, "And just as eternity past and eternity furture are not seperate, so I am not seperate from you. We are one. We move as one. You are in Me and I am in you. There is no seperation there.

08.25.08 /Where Did You Come From?
Recently I was spending some time with the Lord and as I was singing to Him I began singing some thing that I had never sang before nor had I really thought about before. Obviously this was the Holy Spirit moving within me. I began singing, " I am from I am. I am from Beginning and End. I am from Alpha and Omega. I come from everlasting to everlasting. I am from the King of Kings." As I listened to what I sang the Holy Spirit began to reveal some depths of truth I had not necesarily understood before. If you are a Christian you are in Christ and Christ is in you. You are in God and God is in you. He is where we have come from. So the next time you wonder who you are and what significance you have in this world and to God think about where you have come from. Better yet who you have come from. You are His seed. He knew you before He formed you in your mothers womb. Think about where you have come from the next time you pray for someone to be healed or delivered of demonic forces. It will help you understand what authority you go in. You come from the King of Kings! Now that is authority! This whole revelation is still a lot for my mind to understand but my spirit gets it. Take some time to meditate on this and ask the Lord to reveal His truth to you. I AM FROM I AM and so are you!
